Safeguarding

Kintbury St Mary's Church of England Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks in line with safer recruitment procedures along with other relevant employment checks.

Please speak to Miss Floyd, our Designated Safeguarding Lead, if you have a safeguarding concern or are worried about a child. Mrs McDonald is our deputy safeguarding lead.

Our designated safeguarding leads can be easily identified on posters displayed around school and by their yellow DSL lanyards.
