What a lovely day! We have had glorious weather – so sun cream all round!
Another fun packed morning, starting off with mud challenge and trapeze. Luckily we managed to scrape the mud off most of them – sorry not the clothes! Again the children showed their resilience, whether they scaled up part of the pole or reached the platform. Definitely plenty of budding trapeze artists amongst our children!
Jacket potatoes all round for lunch – so plenty of fuel for our afternoon activities – aeroball and rifle shooting. For those of you who don’t know, aeroball is basically basketball in enclosed trampolines. Rifle shooting then challenged the children to focus and be precise, resulting in some excellent target shooting. So all in all we all have had a great day learning lots of new skills. Now for bed!
Chrissy – ‘Hooray Man Utd are in the lead!’ (That’s at the time of writing.)
‘Rolling in the mud was the best!’ Tommy.
‘Even though it was shaky, I managed to stand on top of the trapeze and jump off!’ Ellie.
‘I went on the aeroball nine times – I loved it!’ Jack.
